TS EN 14800 Cooker Flex

The Cooker Flex is a natural gas connection flex apparatus that allows the connection of natural gas valves and stoves to prevent gas leaks. Manufactured by 73Pepe with TS EN 14800 and CE certıfıcates, these connection flexes are made ready with stainless steel PVC coating. Kullanım Talimatları

Montaj mutlaka yetkili teknisyen tarafından yapılmalıdır.
Montaj esnasında burulma olmaması için REKOR sıkılırken iki adet anahtar kullanılmalı. Burulmayı önlemek için anahtarın biriyle hortum iç parça tutulurken ikinci anahtarla rekor sıkılmalıdır. Böylelikle burulmalar neticesiyle esnek metal hortumun zarar görmesi önlenmiş olur.
Esnek metal hortumun bükülme yarıçapına dikkat ediniz. (Bkn. Aşağıda teknik bilgi tablosu) bağlantı noktaları arasının hortuma zarar vermemesi için gereken radyüs sağlanmalı böylelikle hortumun ve uç bağlantı parçalarına (Rakor ve Nipel) aşırı yük binerek kaynak noktalarından zarar görmesinin önüne geçiniz.
Esnek metal hortumun yanıcı ve parlayıcı malzemelerden uzak durmasına özen gösteriniz.

Aşırı bükülmesi ve burulması,
60° C’tan daha sıcak alanlarda bulundurmak,
Toplam uzunluğu arttırmak amacıyla iki veya daha fazla hortum takımını bağlamak,
Bağlantı parçalarının ve cihazdakı bağlantı parçalarının veya gaz kaynağının uygunluğu hakkında süpheler olmasına rağmen montajının yapılması,
Bağlantı parçalarının uygunluğunu sağlayabilmek için herhangi bir adaptör kullanmak,
Hortum takımının duvar, zemin veya tavana montajının yapılması;
