Aluminium Stranded Conductor or Corrugated Hose is preferred in general water installations, solar energy (solar) systems, boiler and fancoil systems, in short, flexible and rust-resistant structure, sensitive settings, vibration, corrosion is desired to be eliminated, easy and fast installation is requested.

The flexible hose, also known as the flexible pipe, allows main fluids, natural gas, hot and cold water to pass through it. They are manufactured by 73Pepe company with the content specified in TSE and EN ISO European standards: They are made from special stainless strip sheet materials. Their flexibility gives them tensile and tearing strength. They are also characterized by corrosion and pressure resistance even under different conditions, such as exposure to strong vibrations or extreme temperatures such as the transport of refrigerated liquid gas.

These features are preferred on all systems. At high pressures and temperatures, the desired pressure and temperature values can be reached with the addition of an extra layer mesh. Braided hoses are used as connectors in systems with high temperature and especially high pressure values. Depending on the fluid, pressure, connection shape and amount of movement, the knuckles, the number of mesh wires and the solid in the braided hoses are selected.

Flex hoses can be divided into types as braided hoses and unbraided hoses, but also vary according to their connection patterns. On the other hand, anti-vibration flex hoses also fall into this group. Anti-vibration hoses are also used in supply lines in pumps, motors, cooling units or air conditioning equipment to reduce vibration and noise.
